Certification of equipment
The characterisation laboratory, which forms part of 
the NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) department oF Vinçotte, enables all types of ultrasonic probes and equipment utilising all technologies (single or double sensors, conventional -analogue or digital- equipment, phased arrays, etc.) to be inspected, monitored and certified by applying precise and rigorous measuring procedures. The certification is done on a case-by-case basis or on a regular basis, and the validity periods of the certificates depend on the equipment and the applicable regulations.
