The services we offer are divided into two major categories: "standard" and "advanced" non-destructive testing.
Rather than relying on automatic systems or data acquisition, standard operations involve quite straightforward techniques. The smooth application of the testing process is largely attributable to the inspector's skills alone : manual dye penetrant tests or ultrasounds are good examples of this .
The bulk of the advanced techniques are an automated version of the standard ones, involving the systematic use of data acquisition. For example, ultrasonic signals are recorded so we can review or investigate questionable areas. Automation is deployed to minimise the need for human intervention in dangerous situations or boost the productiveness of standardised parts.
